2. Eligibility for Refunds

• Refund processing time may take 7-14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
• Refunds for online bookings of standard tour packages follow a structured cancellation fee model.
• Custom tour packages may be subject to additional cancellation fees based on itinerary planning and non-refundable reservations.
3. Non-Refundable Services
• Some bookings, such as last-minute reservations, may be non-refundable.
• Any service explicitly marked as "non-refundable" at the time of booking cannot be refunded.
4. Payment Refunds & Chargebacks
• Refunds for payments made via online payment gateways will be processed back to the original payment method.

5. Modifications & Rebooking
• Instead of a refund, we may offer a travel credit or alternative date booking, subject to availability.
